Tips for your event
This is your special event and the last thing you want is that loud pop from the back of the room while you are giving a toast, celebrating that special someone or promoting your business.
Make sure sharp objects and open flames are kept away from the displays. Keep pets away and make sure children are not playing on or around the decor. Make sure the area is clean and level to help prevent tipping of larger displays.
Weather can wreak havoc on balloon decor. Balloons have a higher probability of popping and oxidizing in direct heat and sunlight. Having a shaded area for your balloon display will lower that probability. Likewise, extreme cold could create their own set of problems. Please plan accordingly for your event.
To help remove some of these problems, we use high quality product that is a step above the norm. They may still pop and break, but it will take a lot more to do it.
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure your specific colors are in stock or add-ons can be designed.
